Admissions Process
KINDERGARTEN TO JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSION PROCEDURE
1. Registration Fee:
To be considered for admission a small registration fee must be paid either in person or by depositing the amount into the accounts of the school. Please call the admissions office at (024 4575751 or 024 4990716 for further instructions.
2. Placement Test:
Each prospective student must complete a placement test to enable us place them in their appropriate class. Placement test results will be available for pickup 3 days after they are administered. If accepted into the school you will receive an admission package on the same day comprising but not limited to the following:
- An admission letter
- Admission form to be completed and returned
- School brochure
- School prospectus
- Parent and student handbook
- Fee schedule
SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSION PROCEDURE
1. Official BECE Results:
All prospective students must submit a certified copy of their BECE results to the admissions office. The Results must be certified by the head
of the Junior Secondary School attended. Students from other parts of the world will have to submit the equivalent test result from their respective countries.
2. Registration and admission Fee:
A small non returnable registration and admission fee will be charged to begin the admission process. If the student is admitted, the parent will be contacted and instructed to pick up the following documents at the school.
- An admission letter
- Admission form to be completed and returned
- School brochure
- School prospectus
- Parent and student handbook
- Fee schedule
NOTE: Placement is not GUARANTEED until all fees are paid in full.
